Not Caring - Payroll Coordinator AutoNation Employee Review

Time off: I was asked to prove a deceased family member was actually my family member after all necessary documentation for time off was submitted. Never had I experienced an extreme request, the company did not want to provide compensation for time off and wanted to look for a reason to end employment constantly. The request was during office hours, this affected my performance due to the stress. Acknowledgment: Everyone else’s yearly work anniversary was acknowledged expect mine. There was a lot of favoritism, mistakes made by other teammates had a blind eye turned while mine was constantly looked over. Sick Time: I took a lot of sick time off due to medical conditions, I was looked down on for it. Sympathy was never shown by the managers. Discipline was shown instead.
