Pros
Nice facility, good inventory, knowledgeable co-workers. Not much else positive can be said for AutoNation.
Cons
6 day work schedule, 55-70 hours/week, low pay - usually minis as the Sales Managers have to obtain volume to get their bonuses so they basically blow the vehicles out at cost, so no gross left in the deal which is where the salesperson' commission comes from. So if you enjoy working for minimum wage then this may be the company for you!
