Pros

Freedom to do what you want as long as you complete your daily tasks of sending emails and calls and selling atleast 8 cars a month. If you are good you can get a finance position pretty quickly.

Cons

The way the dealer operates, they recon a lot of cars that don’t need that much money so when the sales associate sells the car you are more than likely making a mini on the deal.

Pros

Introduction / pathway into higher ticket sales, negotiation experience and networking with clientele. Some of the best benefits compared to other Automotive companies.

Cons

Unfortunately I’ve dealt with harassment, religious discrimination, and just blatant disrespect on a daily basis. I look forward to leaving.
