Cons
Worst management EVER. None of them have the skills or experience to manage and coach there team. Constant sexual harassment with ALL employees. They have no filter and can care less about the customers and even LESS about there employees. They make you work 12+ hour days for no reason. There is literally 15 sales people scheduled on a MONDAY and only 1-2 customers will come in. But you can't leave early or anything because it's "mandatory". you WILL work 9am-12am only to make $50 commission if you're lucky. Oh and make sure to keep track of your sales / commission reports because management will STEAL your hard earned money. This happened to me 3 times and i called them out on it all the time. They said it was "a clarical error" all three times. This place is a joke. Thankfully I left for something better.
