Pros

None what so ever horrible pay for technician no value to the people that know the most

Cons

No respect for technicians with thousands of dollars in tools invested and thousands in schooling and and even the porters make more money than us service advisors make 4 times what the technician makes and they require no training whatsoever parts department and service parts salesman make 4 times as much as the technicians with nothing invested in career no quality technicians will be in this industry in the next 3 years only kids with no tools experience and automotive skill will be left fixing the valuable customers cars.. this is the respect for the customer that spends money a risk to there well being by allowing inexperienced technicians endangering the safety of the customer and there passengers with inexperienced technicians while they charge $146 an hour and pay there best technicians not even a 8%:of there own labor

Pros

The department is work from home.

Cons

They do not provide any equipment/laptops and make you pay for your own virus protection. Extreme micromanagement leaves employees with little autonomy and creates unnecessary stress. Frequent layoffs and high turnover. Inconsistent scheduling and long hours, including recurring 10-14 hour days yet ending the week with no overtime. Employees are blamed for slow business conditions they cannot control. Unpaid on-call expectations when the work load is low. Low compensation relative to workload. Management often complains about having to answer employee questions, creating an environment where people feel discouraged from seeking guidance or clarification. Employees are treated as replaceable rather than valued contributors.
