Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

No organization and Don't count on reviews happening on a annual basis. Raises are minimal. Your Job description changes bi weekly. Monthly Management gets shuffled around like a chess board when they fail to realize the point of being Mobile is to be EFFICIENT. That word doesn't exist when you work for them. They love to micromanage as well and take away any capabilities to simply doing your job in a normal way. Pay is low end of the spectrum vs the cost of living if you're in Texas as a technician. Be prepared to be expected to over perform and be under appreciated. Zero Culture or Team Building. Hardly any morale exists when you work for them, There's no planned events or anything to give the technicians any incentive to want to be there, you know the boots on the ground who actually are doing the work and making the money. Due to the way things are done, its impossible to hit any Bonus.

Pros

The department is work from home.

Cons

They do not provide any equipment/laptops and make you pay for your own virus protection. Extreme micromanagement leaves employees with little autonomy and creates unnecessary stress. Frequent layoffs and high turnover. Inconsistent scheduling and long hours, including recurring 10-14 hour days yet ending the week with no overtime. Employees are blamed for slow business conditions they cannot control. Unpaid on-call expectations when the work load is low. Low compensation relative to workload. Management often complains about having to answer employee questions, creating an environment where people feel discouraged from seeking guidance or clarification. Employees are treated as replaceable rather than valued contributors.
