Pros
Great company to get a year or two of initial experience at, they are comfortable hiring junior developers, and developers with only legacy experience. Lot's of room to create and expand your role if you are a self-starter. Company activities included golf outings and grill outs for new sales.
Cons
Non-management communication doesn't seem to be encouraged or approved of, the dress code is archaic, some of the management is threatened by suggestions and change, if you are a software developer, you may have to create your own position. I have seen developers on board a few weeks without receiving tasks or direction get fired for not doing anything. Management will try to get you to work overtime, and I've seen a developer lied to about receiving payment for overtime.
