Quality Engineer - Quality Engineer Autoneum Employee Review

So much chaos and no direction or interest to reduce scrap, defects, rework and customer complaints as the "labor force is unstable" and everyone is chasing their tail. No support, training or respect for new employees. Old Employees support each other's likes and dislikes creating an environment of distrust and gossip. No department leader of Root cause problem solving only "finger pointing" at production. Quality department is more of a paper work mill and customer liaison rather than leading defect reduction.
