I was a great job to have

The way it was managed wasn’t so great

Colleagues were great and knowledgeable, subordinates were hard-working and willing to learn (sometimes).

Work hours varied drastically, shady management practices (e.g., filling out employees' timesheets, refusing PTO approval based on business needs, cost-cutting across every aspect the plant, etc.), somewhat of a toxic work environment.
