I value your feedback and know we have a long road ahead, particularly in explaining the why to our team members regarding historical tech debt that's been ignored, moving forward with “roadmap” language at the expense of current state. We are operating more like an internal start-up today with a purposeful evolution, focused on our team member's experience first, which has been ignored for years. That kind of change brings significant challenges, both good and bad, We are committed to changing our team members' experience to have a positive impact on our external customers. Unfortunately, turnover will continue for the foreseeable future until Autosoft builds an environment of capable and engaged people who execute daily with integrity and understand the commitments we make to each other and the organization. Culture change doesn’t happen overnight, and many can’t stomach the effort it takes to embrace change, leading to stuck, toxic cultures of being right.
