Autosoft is transforming our company to better align with the needs of our customers, and many legacy employees have been with us for 20 years. At times, we have been forced to make business decisions that have led to team members being let go, who were hired for a future state Autosoft, and we aren't there yet. Autosoft has suffered misalignment for years across the teams, and we are actively working daily to provide a better experience for our internal customers. Change is extremely painful, and at times, doing the right thing leads to tough decisions we don’t take lightly. That said, the reality of our size and the speed at which we are growing sometimes requires us to make difficult staffing decisions. These decisions are never spur of the moment but carefully thought through prior to any change. When we let people go, it hurts us as much as it hurts them, because we know that our employees are people who provide for their families and are relied upon by others. At the same time, we must remain fiscally sound to ensure that we can continue supporting the dealers who depend on us every day. If we don’t, we risk falling short for them, and ultimately for everyone who is part of the Autosoft community.
