Pros

Work generally easy, people are hospitable and nice at least to your face, nice facility

Cons

Work hours are micromanaged, along with nearly everything else. Overtime is expected weekly, regardless of workload or urgency. All employees, including salaried, are required to clock in/out. Requesting time off for any reason is a tedious process. Upper management is set in their way of doing things and is slow to implement new ideas and improvements. Not an encouraging learning environment, expect low patience and know-it-all attitudes. Expect to get nitpicky feedback on how you do your work. Intense pressure from management to do things right and not ask questions that make them/the company look bad.

Pros

Every machine we build is a one of a kind system, which means there is always something new and exciting to learn and apply. As new equipment is incorporated, training is provided by the company. There is always opportunity for advancement within the company, as well as cross-training possibilities. The company provides pizza and cake once a month, and provides ping-pong tables for use during breaks each day. This helps create a close-knit team environment.

Cons

Project based workflow means there are some periods that are busier than others. Though nothing that isn't manageable.

Pros

This is a good place if you’re starting out and need experience. Otherwise look elsewhere.

Cons

Very dysfunctional organization with leadership that mainly values cheap labor and long hours.
