Pros

If you don't care about your job, you can just hide from people via remote work, and they will accept almost any excuse.

Cons

Availity has figured out how to compensate the least productive people with the most so that they can drive their most talented individuals away and discourage those left, and because of this is no longer able to maintain their systems

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and for your many years of contribution at Availity. We’re disappointed to hear that your experience has led to concerns about recognition, accountability, and how work is getting done across teams. We know that a fair, transparent approach to performance, growth, and reward is essential to building trust and sustaining strong teams. Availity is a pay-for-performance company, and we continue to strengthen leadership practices, expectations, and feedback through multiple efforts—ranging from our Achievers recognition platform, which reinforces values-based contributions, to ongoing investment in performance management, development, and leadership programs focused on supporting strong performers and growing capable leaders across the organization. These efforts are intended to ensure associates feel valued and supported for the impact they bring. We appreciate you sharing candid feedback and encourage associates to share feedback directly with their leaders or HR Business Partner so concerns can be addressed in a timely and meaningful way. Thank you for your continued contributions. We wish you the best in your journey at Availity.

Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
