      Great work/life balance, friendly senior leadership, frequent C-level communications to all employees, good pay

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot based on one or two customers, bonus targets get adjusted every year to "just meet" earnings, people are working harder than ever but still having RIFs, budgets cut to the bone

      Pros

      Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

      Cons

      Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
