Yes, we have some outstanding and caring leadership—and, it’s not just them, our culture comes from every corner of our organization. Our associates feel connected to our business and our customers in the work they do every day. We’re also active in our communities and "active" in general—we had over 300 participants in our recent step challenge, where teams of associates competed for recognition points (and bragging rights)!
Thanks for the feedback on our healthcare benefits – it’s a high expense and we work every year to understand how our associates use our benefits and flex the offering to make it most useful for all. Our philosophy is that by offering two high-deductible health plans where associates pay less in premiums each year, we give you more control over healthcare spending overall. We also contribute annually to our associates’ Healthcare spending Accounts, to help offset costs. We are vigilant about being on the lookout to make improvements, you can count on that.
Our Total rewards include wellness reimbursement and opportunities to earn even more money by completing certain wellness activities each year. We also have a competitive 401K matching program, and recently, we rolled out AvailiTime, which is our PTO program that includes unlimited PTO, added benefits for new parents, improved short-term leave, and more!
