The Jacksonville office has many perks for down-time, including puzzles, a gym, or you can pay for a weekly massage. The break room offers free beverages, vending machines, and usually a puzzle to complete. There are also daily food trucks scheduled that service the employees. I have enjoyed the team atmosphere, along with their assistance and support. The CEO was quick to send us home to work in mid-March due to the COVID-19 outbreak before it escalated. Availity has done a great job in encouraging employees during the quarantine considering how quickly everything came upon us, including regular company-wide Zoom meetings with the CEO and departmental “Happy Hours”. We receive regular updates about the status of the pandemic and when the first phase of returning to work may start, with no urgency in order to keep us all safe. Overall, it is a great experience.
