Great place to learn
Lot of flexibility to get things done
Less hurdles to get your work done
Cons
Everything is in your head. Hardly any documentation for new comers.
Expectation is to perform from day 1.
If you are working with payers, you are held responsible from day 1 and you are always on the line to take the blame.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the flexibility of working at Availity.
We appreciate your comments and Leadership is working hard to improve the associate onboarding and training experience. We know that some of the best training comes from practical experience, and associates learn more quickly through real customer interactions. We value accountability, but you shouldn’t be held accountable from day 1 – that's not practical. We’ll add this feedback to the manager training that we’re rolling out, as well.
We've implemented M365 to improve the way we collaborate and work—and with that, we hope to improve our documentation practices. We see that you are no longer at Availity, but your feedback will certainly help us make improvements where we can.

Pros
Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome
Cons
Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
