Fun! Cool! Great! We couldn’t ask for a better description. Thank you for taking the time to write a brief review. Working in Availity Client Services (ACS), our call-center/customer support center, can be repetitive. But it’s a great way for associates who are new to healthcare to learn about our business and the industry. After one year, our ACS associates are eligible to move on to other roles within the company, and many do. We would also add that the quality of our customer service routinely ranks very high in the industry. These rankings mean that Availity ACS associates are very good at what they do and are learning valuable healthcare and customer service skills to help them in their careers. We have high expectations and hopes for all our associates, which is why you have great co-workers. And building relationships with those co-workers is vital to feeling connected to the rest of the company. Making these connections has been challenging for some during COVID, with everyone working remotely. But, typically, our ACS teams experience much camaraderie and feel very connected. Again, thank you for your feedback. We wish you much success in your career.

Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
