Pros
Great culture unless you work under a dysfunctional manager!
Cons
Talk about dysfunction. Caustic and toxic environment. Unless you were a member of one of the good old boys clubs, you would feel like an outsider. No matter what they say about partnership with its associates, it’s all BS

Goodness – What happened here? We do appreciate that you took a moment to call out our great culture and approve of our CEO. That says a lot about our culture and the many extraordinary people that make Availity a Great Place to Work™-certified company.
In today’s work world, the idea of a “good old boys club” makes us cringe. We really do pride ourselves on making Availity a wonderful and thriving company. We can’t change your experience and can’t imagine what could have happened, but we are sorry if we failed you.
While we do have several tenured associates with a long history in the industry and company, we openly welcome new and diverse talent into our organization. We often remind new associates that we aren’t just looking for people to get the job done; we are looking for people who can bring new perspectives and ideas to our organization to help us evolve and grow.
For those considering a career at Availity, please know that our leadership team is strong and growing.
Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We wish you much success in your future endeavors.

Pros
Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome
Cons
Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
