We do recognize and look to associates for their strengths, and not every associate shares the same strengths—that’s part of the diversity that makes us a great place to work. We do, however, have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Whereby our annual bonus is in line with the strength of our performance in a given year. If we struggled in a given year and our colleagues needed to do extra to help us, a manager could very well allow that to be reflected in our Bonus payouts.
