Our annual bonus pool is determined based on a mix of financial and customer satisfaction targets established by our Board each year. We hold high standards but are proud to say that for the past number of years, we’ve met or exceeded those targets as a company. With regard to Associate bonus eligibility, that is role and performance specific as per the goals we set at the beginning of the year. So sometimes, department managers may allocate bonus dollars based on a higher level of individual performance amongst their team members when applicable.
