Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. Healthcare IT is a fast-paced, complex business that takes time to learn, and we know that. Having a healthy work-life balance is a priority at Availity that our associates genuinely value. We are committed to process improvement, and that includes our training processes. Availity’s introductory training provides associates with the fundamentals they need to get started in their roles. Still, the learning does not stop there—some of the best learning opportunities at Availity come from on-the-job experience over time. Each year, we dedicate resources for associate training and professional development at all levels of the organization. With our new learning platform this year, we hope to bring a new level of organization to those efforts. However, we will pass this advice on to our training department leaders for consideration.
