We are sorry to learn that you didn’t feel heard or supported by your manager or HR, as we do welcome feedback from our associates. Thankfully, we do not hear these types of comments very often. We encourage associates to discuss their work experience, frustrations, proposed improvements, and career development with their managers. So many great things have come from having open and inclusive dialog—we wish you could have experienced that.
Our managers and leaders are committed to continuous improvement and are working to refine organizational processes to support the business as we grow. We are always looking to improve communication and operate more effectively as a team and an enterprise. Transparency from leadership is paramount to delivering on our operating objectives, which is why we routinely host all-company meetings where our Executive Leadership Team provides updates and very candidly shares what’s working and where we might need to make improvements.
With so much growth, this is an exciting time at Availity. Our technology teams are on the frontlines in driving tremendous change and efficiency for our healthcare system. Our teams are utilizing some of the industry’s most cutting-edge technology tools and methods to solve real-world problems, and we reward and recognize them for their efforts.
