Unreal - Client Services Technical Support Specialist I, Client Services Availity Employee Review

Availity hires from within ensuring I know all of my higher ups have the same experience I'm gaining at this time. All of my superiors so far have been extremely understanding with the fact that everyone is human, makes mistakes, and sometimes life just happens. So far the training program is phenomenal and everyone is willing to help when they can. Regular one on one meetings with my superiors are great. If I'm having any trouble with anything I feel comfortable asking especially during those meetings. I've not once heard the phrase "we're a family here" because they understand that work is different than family and yet, this is the most family like environment I've ever experienced in a work place. I've never worked anywhere where EVERYONE wants you to succeed and grow so much. I keep waiting for someone to throw me a black robe and tell me the blood sacrifice is this Thursday, but I'm starting to think this is just an amazing company to work for. The pay for the market is incredible and benefits right away? Get outa here. It's work from home which is incredibly important for someone that's disabled like I am.
