      The people are some of the best folks you can work with. My team was one of the reasons I stuck around as long as I did. Decent PTO and benefits overall, not much to complain about there.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the culture has taken a dramatic shift from when I started at the company years ago. Corporate toxicity has overtaken, and there is little to no support for any employee. You will be overworked, underpaid, and have no chance of bonuses, raises, or advancement. Its a tough field to begin with, but the way they company has chosen to deprioritize its employees has made it even worse. No job is worth the level of mental stress that accompanied this role. Another review read something along the lines of no job being worth crying everyday and I absolutely, wholeheartedly agree. This job did tremendous damage to my mental health and I will be taking efforts to amend it. I hope the culture changes again, but for now, I would recommend all to steer clear.

      - Good PTO with paid closure from Christmas to New Years - The people that actually do the work are wonderful to work with, incredibly talented and intelligent, and truly care about the work they are doing

      Cons

      This is one of the most toxic places I’ve ever worked. Burnout is extremely high. Everything is being done to prop the company up to make it look attractive to investors, but it is creating extremely dissatisfied employees and clients at the expense of this. Don’t believe anything they say about the company values. Your job is to produce and don’t ask questions. Layoffs are frequent and done without thought or understanding of how the work gets done. Remaining team members are left to pick up the slack and try to explain to clients why deadlines are missed and quality is declining. If you value your physical and mental health, do whatever you can to avoid working at this place. The ship is sinking…don’t get on.
