Managed by a group of very intelligent and committed people, Fishawack continues to grow and flourish. A step above most other agencies they are forward thinking, open to ideas and provide an outstanding environment for flexible working schedule.
Cons
With success comes the challenge of managing growth. Not surprising, and continually discussed at the highest levels, is how to continually evolve and maintain a high level of internal staff satisfaction. We continue to strive to develop communication avenues to a staff that is across the world which includes a high percentage of home based colleagues. We can work better at launching our educational, motivating and "fun" events and programs to our colleagues.
