Pros
This place is an opportunity goldmine. If you're ambitious, driven and positive, the sky really is the limit. I've seen colleagues rise through the ranks to build really exciting careers. The leadership team, though fairly recently formed, is really accessible and sincere.
Cons
Fishawack was in the midst of a massive reorganization when Covid hit, and the timing couldn't have been worse. Internal communications, employee engagement and morale development - all things that are critical to successful integration - all became nearly impossible when the lockdowns hit. I don't know of any companies that have this figured out, but Fishawack is really struggling with this. I don't blame anyone on our leadership team, it's just a really crappy set of circumstances, and the management team hadn't had a chance to gel before Covid hit.
