Culture has eroded in recent years. Hours are unsustainable for those driving success in the business. Significant talent has been lost and not replaced. Internal folks keep taking on more and stepping into roles previously held by people with decades more experience and more robust staffs. They are setup to fail by a leadership with minimal understanding of large parts of the business. Leadership is toxic, feigning interest in feedback from employees, learning the business, and restructuring for long term growth and health of the business. Instead, egotistical leadership interested in associating their names with shiny digital products or propping up their pet projects continues to burn cash while the core business suffers.
