Pros
If being underpaid & overworked was a pro, they'd get 5 stars! Otherwise there are no pros.
Cons
-This company is ridiculous, they finally fired their CEO & COO which should help, but trying to build the ship while you're weathering a storm on the open sea is not a good business practice. -There is 0 company culture & anything they tell you is fake. It's all smoke & mirrors. -We just lost our amazing Head of Creative so I have no hope for us now. I'm just waiting for the mass exodus that has already started, but there will be more coming. -None of the execs know what they're doing and I honestly think the future of this company is questionable. -SO MANY HOURS of work & makes what sounds like a decent salary feel like peanuts. There is NO work life balance (well HR/Finance/Admin roles have some). -The new training program is a joke, but they really want you to buy into it. There really is no formalized training here, they just throw you to the wolves. -HR doesn't seem to care about employees & I don't know how the talent team hasn't up & left with the amount of backfills they have & lack of recruiters on the team. -The PM tools we have are a joke & everyone is STILL using different software tools (so much for streamlining). -Still have streamlined benefits/PTO/Holidays so good luck if one of your team members is hired under one of the other entities & they have a holiday & you don't. -DONT DO IT
