Pros
Flexible remote working, some colleagues were great, did seem to put actual effort into DEI initiatives
Cons
Severely under paid for the job I had, maybe consider living wages? Money is invested in the wrong place. Instead of adding three new software platforms for gifts, rewards, reviews, etc, that nobody will use, you should've held onto hard working, dedicated employees that were laid off. During layoffs, communication was lacking and important information regarding unemployment, "severance" (which is a joke btw), and Cobra was not clearly communicated. The company told employees they'd be getting raises and company bonuses, but then shocked everyone after "not making enough money" and told them that would no longer be happening. Maybe don't make promises you can't keep?
