- higher insurance premiums vs other med device companies - lower salary vs other med device companies, don’t expect an annual raise, they don’t like to give merit increases and when they do it’s 1-2% at tops given - Motus reimbursement is significantly lower than other med device companies - consistent back orders due to poor forecasting - allocations of alt site is inconsistent and leadership refuses to dig into numbers or audit for reps - no internet reimbursement - lack of diversity - stock price has dropped significantly over the past 5 yrs
