• Company growth plans lack substance to actually achieve results/goals. It is smoke and mirrors. • Company is crumbling from the inside as a result of poor leadership from CEO and Board of Directors. Executives out of touch with the running of the company. • Culture is toxic. People are afraid to raise their hand if there is an issue or problem for fear of reprisal by executive leaders. • Too many corporate initiatives and projects. Lack of focus to achieve goals. • Not enough employees to get the work done. Over worked employees. Company is unwilling to add full time headcount. Resource gaps are being filled by temp/contract workers. It appears there are more temps and contractors than company employees. In a lot of cases, temps/contractors are making more than company employees. • Moral is very low across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, R&D and Supply Chain teams. • High employee turnover rates. • No career development for employees. • Overall, keep job searching. Do not waste your time at Avanos. The grass is not greener at Avanos. It is dried up, brown and full of bugs.

Management more like MICRO-management and culture. I took this position with excitement which didn't last long. I quickly found what was promised to me and my colleagues was far from the reality. The way this company operates ie: technology and business analytics is far from the level the any medical company should carry themselves. Numbers are always inaccurate. Training is a joke. The admin work in this job (which no one talks about) is next level ridiculous
