Pros

Close by, fair wages and benefits, and experience to touch wide array of projects. Company appears to be attempting to steer itself into better waters, but very slow results.

Cons

Working here is like showing up for "amateur hour" every day, with respect to leadership and their incredibly poor capabilities/interest in leading. This is a reactionary environment that is the exact opposite of a collaborative culture. Leaders work in hushed silence, dictating from the ivory tower without input from the SMEs who ultimately must juggle the haphazard and short-sighted decisions from above. Morale is pathetic and left wanting. This company is a career-killer and a "dead-end" for most.

Cons

I joined as an SME in my field and found myself in total chaos. The project was led by people who had never developed an electronic device, any product whatsoever. Still, instead of listening to SMEs, they had a huge ego and pushed their agenda constantly. With a lot of distractions, discrimination, and disrespect for almost two years, I stayed there. The project took forever to develop because of the lack of experience and the huge ego of those who led it. The company underwent 3-4 reconstructions during my stay, two CEO changes, and two rounds of layoffs, including the third, when I was laid off. You can guess who stayed in the company - those who led the project and caused the chaos. Stay away from them.
