Management is incompetent, lack knowledge and capability, and amateurish. They have poor attitude, lacks professionalism, short sighted vision, indecisive, inexperienced, lack tact, false promises, can't trust whatever they say, and have no real answers to questions or simply regurgitate meaningless corporate spiel. Simple things take very long time for approval. Avoidance to make any decisions for fear of making a wrong choice due to lack of knowledge and experience. Skirt responsibilities. Desperate for authority to stroke ego but can't really do the job. Not a meritocracy. Privileged class is rewarded over accomplishments and capabilities. Repeated and consistent exclusion of subject matter experts. Preference given to privileged class despite their lack of knowledge. Low salary raises and low bonus. No chance of career development unless if in privileged class.
