Pros
My district manager is exceptionally caring and inspiring. I have never worked for another brand that is embracing of me as a person. I am allowed to lead my team in a way that works for me and meets the needs of my business. I am given tools and offered help but in no way micro-managed and as such, I don't feel the need to micro-manage my team.
Cons
The mothership can sometimes give information that is confusing and their image of the brand does seem to shift quite often. There appears to be some challenges at the headquarters but as a manager, I do not see or perceive these often.
