Pros
Not a high pressure atmosphere there were secret shoppers but company was fair in expectations. Cared about employees. Trusted employees to meet their goals and fulfill their roles professionally no micro-management. Flexible schedule. Had a great manager.
Cons
Changes took place in the company in which new people hired were paid less and bonuses were removed. Started to heavily micro-manage to the point it was unreasonable. Brought in a company hire to our location as a plant to monitor how the store was being managed during a leave of absence by our manager. Not sure if this was across the board with all locations but it was like this at ours.
