A lot of people think its going to be the ultimate place to work due to it being the mothership of Aveda but its a large corporation and therefore has great distance between those at the top that make decisions and those that see the need for decisions to be made. The pay is lower than it should be due to the perceived high desire to work here by many in the salon networks. I think its better to have the corporation work for me as a hairdresser in an independent salon than to actually work within the corporation.
