Pros
It was an easy for someone completing their Bachelor degree.
Cons
I started this position in 2009. I started at around $9.50 an hour and slowly was given a raise here and there. About three years in, Collega hired some new sale associates who informed me what they were getting paid - just above the new minimum wage and more than what I was being paid after working there for 3 years. I made it known to the Regional Manager and she only corrected it to what the new girls were getting paid (with no retail experience). To add on to the fuel, they fired the only curvy girl due to a "bad shop". Perhaps there was more to it, but it seemed like the regional manager had it out for this girl. I realized after that how disposable Collega's floor employees were.
