No opportunity for growth - Sales Associate/Keyholder Aveda Employee Review

Growth opportunities are rare. I worked for Aveda for 3 years and i got less than $1 in raises. you’re meant to get a raise every 6 months with your review and i only ever got 2. i was promised an assistant manager position and ended up being just a sales associate with promises of immediate training to then be promoted. It never happened. Hours were not consistent and the manager i had was very passive aggressive and i was uncomfortable everytime I worked with her because she constantly put me down.
