It's a retail job, so the schedule is horrible. If that doesn't bother you then perhaps the high goals, calling of guests to see how they liked their sample(s), pre-sales, more pre-sales, AND maintaining outstanding guests services all the while you're multitasking a million other things. Aveda doesn't seem to want to hire many people, so they make their few employees do the work of five.
