Horrible upper management, zero aveda culture, completely broken processes, horrible culture that is perpetuated at the top, horrible communication, and terribly inefficient processes that change daily. They’ve completely lost what made them special. They let go anyone that was true to Aveda and they have lost sight of the mission. It’s only inclusive and diverse if you’re liberal. Moderates or conservatives have no place at ELC.
