horrible management - Retail Sales Associate Aveda Employee Review

My time working for this company has been the most unfair and difficult experience. The job itself is easy which is why it has been so disappointing to have had such awful situations regarding management ruin the actual job for me. They are very biased in who they treat well regardless of whether or not they know how to do their job or whether or not they have contributed to the company whatsoever. Such a shame .. truly disappointing.
