      Pros

      I feel a sense of pride in what I do and know that what I do does help. I like that I'm on my feet all day and up and moving.

      Cons

      I often feel underappreciated. With this job, there's a lot of risk involved as is with any sort of healthcare job which is why I feel that what I'm paid isn't worth the potential hazards or risks that we have to deal with on a day-to-day basis.

      Pros

      It's an option of you choose to work for a Christian organization. It's expected of employees to treat patients with dignity and respect.

      Cons

      Employees do not get the same courtesy of dignity and respect as patients do. New to EPIC. Went live at midnight. Chose the most minimal transition option. Training was minimal and now the expectation is to function with i a system that has not even tested in practice. Upper management does not take the effect of line staff into consideration.
