Pros

It's a job. A few descent people to work with.

Cons

Keep selling, upgrading, and keep on some more. Yes it is a sales job, yes, you need to sell. .You have money removed from your "bucket" when customer doesn't buy. Tiered system which is stacked against you. Management promised the sun, moon and stars, but delivers nothing. Average sales commission is around $400. (despite the promises of thousands) You work, you do, you get paid very little. The deck is stacked against you in every way. Preferred, reservations, Avis 1sts, - worked and no pay. (the price of near minimum wage.)

Pros

The best part of working at Avis Budget Group is the way management treats us and the positive work environment. Everyone feels like family, and I truly feel at home here. I enjoy coming to work because I get to work alongside my friends, and everyone treats each other with respect. The supportive atmosphere makes each day enjoyable, and sometimes work doesn't even feel like work because we're having such a good time together.

Cons

I don't have many cons about working at Avis Budget Group. Like any job, not every day goes as planned, and there are times when working in a large operation and assisting customers can be challenging. However, I see those challenges as opportunities to learn and improve. Each experience helps me grow, develop better problem-solving skills, and become better at my job.
