I believe that leadership is authentic and genuine taking the time to ensure alignment and buy-in at all levels of the organization. The company also invests heavily in innovation and is poised to continue making strides in becoming the best vehicle rental company in the world. I am excited to see the future of Avis Budget as we embark on a historic celebration of 80 years ! This is a great place to work with endless opportunities.

At this time I don’t feel that there are necessarily cons, I think the company is rapidly changing to remain competitive in highly competitive environment and as we grow we will continue to improve opportunities identified.
