The best part of working at Avis Budget Group is the way management treats us and the positive work environment. Everyone feels like family, and I truly feel at home here. I enjoy coming to work because I get to work alongside my friends, and everyone treats each other with respect. The supportive atmosphere makes each day enjoyable, and sometimes work doesn't even feel like work because we're having such a good time together.

I don't have many cons about working at Avis Budget Group. Like any job, not every day goes as planned, and there are times when working in a large operation and assisting customers can be challenging.
