Pros
Work life balance is super reasonable. Used to have great T&E budgets/resources but this has gotten cut. My manager really cared about me. Not a lot of pressure to be in the office. Travel could be fun. High profile clients for sure. Plays well on a resume.
Cons
- The spinouts and the PE investment lead to a truly massive exodus. I know more people who don't work at Axiom anymore than I know people who are. This is really changing the culture, which had always been Axiom's selling point. - On that note, the culture has atrophied. There's less leadership, less budget, and again, so many people on the business side have left and management really isn't addressing it. - The new CEO is..... a lot. Very different than the warm and fuzzy of Elena. He's a sales hunter and a sign of the company Axiom wants to be. - The new leadership and PE are really making Axiom a sales machine. This isn't the worst thing, but expect high goals. - Comp could be WAY better. - There's a lot of favoritism here in terms of what accounts are given to whom. - It's hard to sell lawyers to companies. I definitely had to white lie to clients about a lawyer's personality or background in order to get the deal done. Recruit better lawyers, the supply is a real issue. - Likes to talk about how innovative they are but Axiom is 20 years old. No longer a disrupter. It's a fancy staffing agency and it seems that everyone knows that except Axiom. - Culture was very social, very focused on drinking and going out. Lots of privileged people work here. Not terrible diverse.
