Axiom's main selling point to prospective employees is it's amazing culture and uniquely valuable product - this is a bald-faced lie. Axiom lied to Ivy League and top Liberal Arts school grads during the hiring process about what the job actually entails (cold-calling). Day 1 of the job made it clear we had been duped. Analysts are treated like a Kindergarten class, forced to stay in the office until arbitrarily late hours and are publicly reprimanded if they leave a minute early. The constant belitting and lack of challenging and/or engaging tasks destroyed many teammate's confidence in the earliest years of their career. There are absolutely zero learning or career growth opportunites. Promotions are promised and taken away. Real promotions are only for those who threaten to quit repeatedly or focus on politics instead of productivity. There is a bizarre obsession with Slack shoutouts and long winded congratulatory posts, the goal of which seems to be to maintain the facade of success and high morale. Direct and upper management is a circus of politics, innapropriate actions and relationships, and pure ineptitude. Examples include 360 Feedback made non-anonymous after the fact, getting yelled at in conference rooms, and numerous complaints to HR. The product is nothing more than an expensive staffing model (with zero tech offerings) that pretends to be diverse only when it will increase sales. There is a shameful lack of diversity across the company.
