Pros

There is plenty of room for opportunities. People take their positions seriously. All kinds of new technology to learn from and work with. Inspiring individuals with team-like support groups. Fully outlined culture.

Cons

Low pay no matter the position. No holiday pay unless after minimum of 6 month probation period. Shift struggle/separation that misses overall objectives. Not practiced or even tended to culture. Massive separations between managerial and engineering groups leaving little communication that's essential for key factors. Quick to dispose of any employee that don't meet attendance regulations in relation to demographics and cost adjustment. No ergonomic practices set in place. Varies but mainly few in leadership support systems available by shift alone. Heavy separation between manufacturing management and engineering groups.

Pros

Good pay and benefits Flexible PTO RSU's

Cons

Company morale is low. The other recent reviews stating this are extremely accurate. Company culture has eroded and the company values don't seem to matter anymore. 'Winning Right' has become lip service. Senior leadership refuses to address the problems many departments are having with headcount and workload. They don't really care about the customer experience. RTO makes no sense when most of your team remains remote in the same role, a role in which you spend much of the time on calls with customers and meeting with other team members virtually. Not enough staff to support the RMS customer base and ticket counts have ballooned.
