Pros

Some weeks are calm, and I use that to catch up on training and documentation. Other weeks, I work late to finish a batch of loan files before the deadline. The great thing is that coworkers step in to help when someone gets overloaded. The bank expects high productivity, but I'm not competing against my own teammates.

Cons

The workload can be difficult to predict, which makes planning harder.

Pros

Managers are highly competent – they really make it easier for people to stay organized and work efficiently. A big part of my job is managing escalations and making sure daily operations run smoothly, so there’s never a boring day. The environment is friendly and supportive; it’s obvious that people care about their work and one another.

Cons

The workload can get heavy, so strong time management skills are essential.
